Service-based creative process is often based on an initial input, may it be a material, a texture, a color or a shape.

The baselines of this project were white marble floor slabs and an L shape structure with two arched openings.

Our approach was inspired by the surrealism’s manifesto by A.Brèton  ‘resolving the (..) contradictory conditions of dream and reality into an absolute reality, a super-reality’.

The focus of the composition was deliberately kept on the architectural features, enriched by few carefully chosen elements: a vibrant yet deep luxurious burgundy hue on the backdrop wall, an evocative light set enhancing the shape of the arched openings and a couple of iconic objects, suspended in space, inspired by R.Magritte’s artworks.
